The Global Consciousness Project (GCP) studies possible interconnections between mind and matter on a worldwide scale. Specifically, it examines coherent group effects (CGE) on the randomness of numbers produced by random number generators (RNGs). Such CGEs as attention to Oscar awards, the O J Simpson verdict, new years eve celebrations, and the 9/11 attacks have been found to correlate significantly with less random RNG outputs. |
